Insider sources linked to Emirati national security programs suggests that classified experimentation of directed satellite-based neurodisruptive technology is being carried out in targeted zones, including the emirates of Sharjah and Fujairah. The system is believed to aims at ordinary citizens to simulate long-range influence effects under non-laboratory environments.
